By placing a wholesale order with MTTP Swim, you agree to the following terms:
Wholesale Model
MTTP Swim operates as a non-consignment wholesale brand. All orders are purchased upfront, and inventory becomes the responsibility of the retailer upon delivery.
Minimum order Quantity (MOQ)
All wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 units per style unless otherwise approved.
Order Placement
Orders may be placed through our website or via invoice upon request. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to processing for first time orders. Approved returning buyers may be eligible for Net payment terms. Late payments may result in delayed fulfillment or cancelation of future orders.
Pricing
All wholesale pricing is confidential and intended for approved retail partners only. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Fulfillment & Processing Time
Orders are processed within approximately 10-21 business days. Processing times may vary based on order size and availability.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in invoice totals. Once orders are shipped, MTTP Swim is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchange unless items are received damage or defective
Damaged or Defective items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must b e submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo proof. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Product Availability
All items are offered in limited drops. Availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in termination of future business relationships.
Resale Responsibility
Retail partners are responsible for their own pricing, merchandising, and sales or purchased inventory.
Agreement
By completing a wholesale purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
